About Vallee des Aigles : From winemakers Boris Kovac and David Serodes. Vallée des Aigles was born from their winemakers consultancy in Roussillon and the purchase of Domaine de L’Agly. Step by step they extended their selections to the Limoux area and then Carcassonne. All their vineyards are located in altitude.
Description : 100% Malbec. Fruity and round revealing red fruits and spices especially pepper. Carried by vibrant acidity and soft tannins culminating in a deliciously balanced wine.
Winemaking : Traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks for 2 weeks.
