Description: Intense but delicate on the nose with notes of elder and vine flower. Elegant and lingering on the palate.
What the press says: “Tantalising notes of juicy fresh pear, nectarine and honey along with fresh, ample, balanced acidity. This is excellent with a four cheese pizza, but it also has enough body to pair with vegetarian pizza” Cathal McBride, Sunday Business Post
