About Lua Cheia winery: Lua Cheia’s history began in 2009 with the production of wines from Murça- Duoro, an area forgotten by progress but that produces unique wines. In 2010, work began on an investment in a winery in Martim, Duoro and 2 years later in the cradle of Alvarinho, the Monção/Melgaço sub region as well as a partnership in Barcelos where grapes like Loureiro and Sauvignon Blanc were planted. Maria Bonita was born here.
In 2013, another partnership was started in Alentejo, the grapes chosen and acquired in the region of Estremoz. Album is the ex-libris in this region.
Vinification: Grapes are destemmed, followed by pneumatic pressing. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
Description: Natural spritz. Pronounced youthful fresh explosion of citrus fruit and minerals. Young and vibrant. As on the nose, a spritz of citrus fruit, mineral, shale, crisp acidity and a clean refreshing finish. Clean refreshing finish.
