Description
About Domaine René-Lequin: The Lequin family’s winemaking history is nothing short of impressive, dating back nearly 350 years (1673). Their 9 Hectares are mostly split between Chassagne-Montrachet & Santenay and have all been farmed organically since 2009. All Francois wines are now organically certified though he chooses not to state as such on the labels as he wants them to sell on their own merits. He believes organic farming helps the expression of the terroir.
Description: This wine comes from 2 parcels in Santenay. “Chassey le Camps” and “Lavau”. It’s juicy, spicy and everything you would want in a classic Burgundy Pinot Noir.
ABV: 12.5%
