About Domaine des Lauriers: The Cabrol family first established Domaine des Lauriers in 1969 with the purchase of their first vineyard plot. Throughout the years they have only acquired the best plots, which now stretches over 45 hectares of Mediterranean scrubland on a calcerous plateau of red soil and pebbles. Vines are tended to under the Terra Vits charter which is designed to ensure impact free agriculture.
Wine Making: Harvest is done at night to keep grape freshness. Grapes are vinified separately, under inert gas, pneumatic pressing, cold settling, fermentation under controlled temperature (17°C) for 3 weeks. Wines are aged on lees during 3 months and then they are blended.
Tasting Notes : A nice pale yellow wine with green tints. Fresh nose with aromas of exotic fruit and white flowers. Palate is extremely fresh with nice mineral notes.
