The maturation in oak barrels are light, allowing the fruit to express itself in all its splendor. The majority of the wines are bottled in the domain or at the property, the goal is to preserve the identity of each of the selected plots.
Description : The pure, mineral nose boasts aromas of white flowers and roses, which precede notes of ripe white peach. The palate is straightforward and gives way to pleasing roundness with pear and citrus (candied lemon, orange) flavours. Beautiful finish boasting gingerbread and floral notes.
