Founded in 1647, Chivite is one of the oldest wine dynasties in Spain. Eleven generations of Chivites have passed down the legacy of the winemaking tradition.

Colección 125 was put on the market for the first time in 1985 to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the winery’s first export in 1860. Some time later, in 1993, the first vintage of its Chardonnay was launched, which today is among the worlds best.
