Vinification: Pre fermentation cold grapes. Alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation in French and American oak barrels for 12 months. Aged in bottle for 12 months prior to release.
Description: 100% Tempranillo. Intense and bright cherry colour. Very elegant complex wine with balsamic and nut notes ( almonds & hazelnuts). Aromas of red and stone fruits (Peach). Round, full body with high quality tannins. Notes of balsamic. Long finish.
