About Blanc Pescador : From the winery Cavas Del Ampurdan and produced by Perelada. Pescador was born in 1967 on the shores of the Mediterranean. An elegant wine with a subtle sparkle achieved by natural secondary fermentation.
Description : On the nose it is aromatic and fruity with the typical expression of Verdejo. A light and very balanced spritz.
