Entre Nous according to Valensac
Harvested on October 8 at full maturity.
The maceration was carried out in a truncated oak vat for 11 days. Out of respect for the harvest, we have favored gentle work in the cellar in order to preserve the distinctive aromas of small black fruits and to extract silky tannins. Press wines have been discarded to avoid bitterness and dryness in the mouth.
This petit verdot with notes of black cherries and cardamom, reveals a rich and fresh structure while knowing how to keep its welcoming gluttony .
To be enjoyed as an aperitif, with exotic cuisines or grilled white meats.
