Light maceration of the must with the skins for colour and aroma extraction, followed by light pressing and later fermentation at low temperature. Second fermentation in the bottle for 12 months.
Redcurrant pink in colour with elegant bubbles. Aromas of red fruit and fresh yeast. In the mouth fruitiness stands out, with volume and creaminess.
