About Alsina & Sardà: The Alsina family have been tending vines since the 19th century. Their very beginnings can be traced back to 1852, in the property of Cal Janes, near the village of El Place del Penedès. In 1980, they began producing their own cava in a small family cellar in Ca l’Avi. Soon the production increased considerably and they expanded their facilities in 1985. The vineyards and the cellar are located in the very heart of Penedès area, influenced by the Mediterranean soft climate that delivers great freshness.
Description: Organic and Natural Cava. Light Cherry red colour. Persistant and elegant bubbles. Nuances of red fruit jams, intense and persistant with slight smokiness. Dominant and very fresh in the mouth.
