In 1980, they began producing their own cava in a small family cellar in Ca l’Avi. Soon the production increased considerably and they expanded their facilities in 1985. The vineyards and the cellar are located in the very heart of Penedès area, influenced by the Mediterranean soft climate that delivers great freshness.
